The Richardson family businesses have sold their interest in the Singapore based artisan bakery chain Baker & Cook, successfully exiting an investment that was first made in 2015 before a series of follow-on investments in recent years.
Founded in 2012 by celebrated New Zealand baker, and current judge on the Great Kiwi Bake-Off, Dean Brettschneider, Baker & Cook has gone on to establish itself as Singapore’s only true artisan bakery and food store, and has since also expanded internationally. The Richardson family first invested in the business in 2015
