Richardson support LandAid as Foundation Partner

Richardson has signed up as a Foundation Partner of LandAid - the Property Industry's charity - to help in their quest to end youth homelessness in the UK.

LandAid brings the property industry together to aid charities delivering life-changing services for young people who are or have been homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness in the future.

By signing up as a Foundation Partner, with an initial donation of £10,000 via the Richardson Brothers Foundation, Richardson will be helping LandAid to enable youth homelessness charities, UK wide, to continue to provide both emergency accommodation and more long-term support for those who need it most. It will create opportunities for young people and solid, stable routes out of homelessness.

Paul Morrish, LandAid CEO said:

“We are so grateful to have received this new support from Richardson.
121,000 young people approached their local council for housing support last year alone. We know that many of these are left unsupported and often fall upon the vital care that charities provide in local communities across the UK.
With donations like the one from Richardson, LandAid can continue to support young people in building a brighter future.”

Carl Richardson said:

“We are delighted to be supporting LandAid and to have become a Foundation Partner.

Our family has a long and distinguished history within the property industry, and so this support for LandAid – the property industry’s charity – is in many ways a natural fit for the Richardson Brothers Foundation.

We look forward to working closely with the charity and helping to create new opportunities for young people who need the support that LandAid aims to deliver alongside its partners.
