The developer has put forward proposals for a13-storey grade A office of more than 304,000 sq ft. at No7 First Street, with a striking design by Jon Matthews Architects.

A public consultation on the proposals was held earlier this year, with the scheme also set to sit alongside a student accommodation proposal from Vita.
Vita’s scheme will be the first under its sharing and co-living concept, House of Social, which will be targeted at second and third-year university students, with apartments designed to be shared.
