Richardson Brothers Foundation supports HMS Tamar Welfare Fund

The Richardson Brothers Foundation was delighted to continue its support for the HMS Tamar Welfare Fund, with a donation presented by Director of External Affairs, Ruan Tremayne, to Lieutenant Commander Thomas Lindsey this afternoon.

The Welfare Fund plays an important role in enhancing the wellbeing of HMS Tamar’s crew as they carry out vital work across the Indo‑Pacific region.

The Richardson family business has a long tradition of supporting the UK’s Armed Forces and has been proud to back HMS Tamar since her commissioning into the Royal Navy in 2020.

On presenting the donation, Ruan said:

“We are delighted to support the Welfare Fund of HMS Tamar. It was inspiring to hear how donations from the Richardson Brothers Foundation have helped the crew over a number of years, and how they will continue to make a positive difference in future. We look forward to staying in touch with Lt Cdr Lindsey and his team.”
