Richardson and Erdgard and secure 11.5-acre Northampton site for landmark industrial & logistics development

In partnership with industrial & logistics specialist Erdgard Development, the Richardson family business has acquired 11.5 acres of land for development in Northampton.
The site at the Lakes Business Park is situated in a prominent location on the edge of Brackmills Industrial Estate, on the A45 and providing direct access to Junction 15, M1 and the A14.
