Continuing our series of updates, we showcase some of the highlights that have taken place in recent weeks.


Permaconn in the UK and Ireland

Permaconn launched in the UK and Ireland, with an office in Manchester.


After 15 months of accelerated R&D in partnership with global leaders in fire & security monitoring, Permaconn connectivity solutions went live in the UK and Ireland in October, starting with SecureLink.


SecureLink is the multi-path alarm connectivity solution combining cellular and IP connections to ensure that alarm signals are always transmitted, even if one path fails. It is based on the tried and tested Permaconn connectivity platform that protects over 400,000 buildings globally from fire and theft.

Magnet Capital

October was a record-breaking month for Magnet Capital, with multiple drawdowns across 40 different projects this month, five loans fully redeemed at a value of £3.6m and new loans completed totalling £5.5m.

Coople

Coople shared a LinkedIn article looking at the Flex Work Platform, showcasing how it allows UK businesses to manage both their internal temporary staff and external flexible workers. This means that instead of reacting to last-minute gaps, businesses can build structured worker pools, scale their teams in real time, and operate with full visibility. Link here.

Flagship Healthcare Properties

In October, Flagship celebrated the groundbreaking for the Coastal Wellness Medical Center in Nokomis, FL. Link here.


Todays Dental

We were delighted to see that five Todays Dental practices were shortlisted in the Private Dentistry Awards, including The Dental Spa and Skin Clinic, El-Nashar Dental, Ashbury Dental Care, Plymouth City Centre Dental Practice and Brynteg Dental Tenby.
