Continuing with our series of updates, we showcase some of the highlights that have taken place in recent weeks.
Flagship Healthcare Properties
Flagship Healthcare Properties, a US healthcare real estate firm, announced that work had begun at Wiregrass Ranch Medical Pavilion in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
The site, a 46,000-square-foot state-of-the-art medical office development, will take about eleven months to complete, and initial tenants are scheduled to open in Q4 2026.

Magnet Capital
Magnet Capital, the lender of property development finance across England and Wales, has been shortlisted for Best Development Finance Provider and Best Service from a Development Finance Provider at the Business Moneyfacts Awards.
Magnet have now won “Best Service from a Development Finance Provider” for the last three years.
Lonsdale Capital Partners
Elite Electronics, backed by Lonsdale Capital Partners and a leading provider of Electronic Manufacturing Solutions, announced the acquisition of Kingfield Electronics.
The acquisition represents another step in Elite’s ongoing expansion and provides an entry point into the aerospace and defence market, as well as reinforcing Elite’s position as a leader in the UK & European Electronic Manufacturing Solutions market.
