EA-RS Group, a provider of intelligent, sustainable, compliant fire and security systems and services, that is backed by the Richardson family business alongside Rockpool Investments, has completed the acquisition of Vulcan Fire, a specialist in total fire safety solutions.
Vulcan is the eighth company EA-RS Group has acquired since the initial investment in 2021 by the Richardson family business and Rockpool Investments.
It follows the successful acquisitions of CCSS Fire & Security, AST London, UK Security Doors, Crane Communications, Firesec Compliance, Air Projects, and Essex Fire Sprinklers, and is in line with the Group’s buy and build strategy to consolidate the UK fire and security market.
Based in Rochdale, Vulcan offers full fire safety solutions to clients across the North of England, with experience in a variety of sectors such as nuclear facilities and power generation.
In addition, Vulcan offers passive fire protection, fire risk assessments and annual fire door inspections, which complement the Group’s strategy.
This acquisition will further enhance the Group’s national coverage, presenting more opportunities and increasing EA-RS Group’s presence in the North of England.
