The Case for Small Buyouts
RCP Advisors launched the third instalment in their series of research on “The Case for Small Buyouts”. Following work on the structural advantages in small market buyout transactions that lead to higher levels of return, the third part of the research focuses on how small buyout transactions have consistently outperformed other investment strategies over long periods of time.

Permaconn, a co-investment with Five V Capital, announced the acquisition of Romteck Group, an Australian business specialising in fire alarm products.
Romteck is an Australian manufacturer specialising in high-reliability safety-critical telemetry (IoT) solutions.
