Todays Dental has marked four year in business, and a great growth story to date. This was summed up in their own words below:

We’re celebrating four years of Todays Dental! Four whole years of improving lives and creating smiles together!

When we look back, it’s hard not to notice how the number four has quietly shaped our story.

4️⃣Four years of growth and achievements.

4️⃣Four regions across the UK (South, Midlands, North and Wales) each filled with brilliant teams who bring the TD spirit to life every day.

4️⃣0️⃣And now almost 40 practice teams!

Of course, we couldn't forget the basis of our cultural model at TD - the 4Ps. This is the foundation for how we create positive environments for our people and patients: a Purpose that guides us, People who define us, Patients who trust us, and - completing the feedback loop - Profit that lets us keep investing in doing things in a deeply-human way.

But even with 4 being a uniquely meaningful number to TD, none of it would matter without all the people throughout our organisation who have made everything above possible. We've seen our teams come together in so many ways throughout the years, welcoming opportunity with open arms and an eagerness to live our purpose, and we're so proud of the organisation they have helped us create. So thank you to our practice teams, our Resource Hub, and the patients who make it all worthwhile. 

Here’s to the last four years of shared purpose, big moments, new friendships, brave conversations, and (soon to be) 40 beacons of the community for great dentistry.

The Magnet Capital team are attending the Commercial Finance Expo on Wednesday 10th of June at the NEC in the Midlands - the largest annual event of its kind in the UK.
