2026 summer interns complete programme

The 2026 cohort of summer interns have successfully completed their programme at RCL Partners.
The group of seven worked closely with the RCL Partners investment team on a range of projects, including one scenario where they were given four companies to perform due diligence on and £100m to allocate, having to then present their allocation recommendations back to the senior team.
Commenting on the programme, Rachel Maloney said:
"I really enjoyed the experience and appreciate all the time and effort that went into organising it. The workshop has really motivated me and has me thinking about my career.
I came away with a much better understanding of finance and investments and I am definitely more curious now and eager to start investing myself."
Fellow intern James Pearson-Lund added:
"We were given an interesting project that challenged and gave us realistic insight to how these type of jobs worked in the real world."
