Richardson Family and Thorngrove Land sell Nickel 28 for £28m

The Richardson Family and Thorngrove Land & Property have sold Nickel 28 - a 268,000 sq ft, speculatively built new warehouse on the South Normanton Industrial Estate in Derbyshire, at Junction 28 of the M1.

It has been sold to Roebuck Asset Management for £28m and the tenant moving in is iForce, a subsidiary of Eddie Stobart, who have taken the development on a 15 year lease.
