West Midlands based developers Richardson have announced the pre-let of an 80,000 sq ft building at Sixways Park, Worcester at Junction 6 off the M5 to global logistics company DHL, at a rent of £6 per sq ft for a 10 year period.
At the same time Richardson have announced they are building another 130,000 sq ft unit speculatively at Sixways Park. Bowmer + Kirkland have been awarded the construction work contract.
The Richardson family have a variety of international business interests in real estate and private equity (focusing on growth capital) with investments across the UK, Europe, North America and Australasia.
