Richardsons Capital has a long standing history spanning six decades of real estate development across a wide variety of regeneration projects.

Our interests include high quality retail, residential, office, industrial and logistic centres, as well as leading “out of town” designer outlets and leisure parks.

Our current development programme covers a diverse selection of office, leisure, retail and industrial uses, situated worldwide. We will act in a stand alone capacity or as a partner in established or new market areas.

We also maintain a high quality and varied portfolio of real estate investments within the European Union.

Seeking to build substantial holdings in Europe and North America, we are prepared to consider investment opportunities as a majority or minority partner, in a stand alone position, in new or established markets.
