After successfully developing the Merry Hill regional shopping centre in the 1980s Richardsons have progressed to build more retail shopping schemes culminating with the recent openings of the Westwood Cross Retail Park and the Met Quarter.

Ongoing further retail projects include Lowesmoor in Worcester
and Bathgate in Glasgow.
