Richardsons is developing 3,000 homes across 11 sites in strategic growth areas in the Greater Toronto Area, such as Aurora, Barrie, London and Mississauga. All these schemes are being carried out in a joint venture with Carillion and local developer Fernbrook Homes.

We are also in talks to buy another five sites where the joint venture will develop a further 1,500 homes.

Our under construction Canadian portfolio has an end value of around C$650m (£319m), which will rise to approx. C$1.1bn (£540m) once additional residential schemes and shopping mall are completed.
