Clearing of Bathgate Site Commences

Work has commenced with the clearing of the Bathgate site, as the photographs below demonstrate.

Carillion-Richardson have retail planning for 80,000 sq.ft. on the Bathgate site, which is attracting interest from a variety of occupiers.

In addition to the retail element of the scheme, residential consent for a further adjoining area of approximately 8 acres currently exists.
